Admissions Requirements

Successful completion of a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution is required. A wide variety of academic backgrounds will be considered for admission. An undergraduate degree in business is not required, however, the MBA has three prerequisites: accounting, finance, and statistics. If you have not completed these courses previously, you may be able to begin your studies on a provisional basis while fulfilling any prerequisite requirements. The GMAT or GRE is required for admission. The minimum score will be based on your undergraduate GPA. There is the option to request a waiver of the GMAT. How are Courses Offered?

Course Delivery: online with optional in-class (evening)
Total Credits: 36

Courses are offered through a flexible model that includes option in-class sessions as well as online via KODIAK, Western New England University's online learning management system. Through this online classroom you will be able to view lectures, complete and submit assignments, and participate in discussions.

Each course will consist of 11 class sessions, with as many as six sessions both online and campus-based, while five will be offered completely online. You choose whether you will attend the classes that take place on campus, or whether you complete your studies completely online.

*International candidates will be required to attend courses offered with six on-ground class sessions in order to be in compliance with student visa requirements.

The MBA consists of 36 credits, or 12 courses. By taking two courses per 11-week term, you can expect to finish in 18 months. If you take one course per term, you can expect to complete you degree in three years.

You have up to eight years to complete the program once you begin. MBA candidates working a full-time job typically complete the program in 18-22 months.
