the academic calendar for Wintersession & Summer sessions
the assignment of on-campus classrooms to academic courses offered during semesters, sessions and terms
the updating of the annual college catalogue
the collection, posting and updating of the semester, session and term course schedules
the final exam schedule for Fall and Spring semesters
