Visiting Campus

Come for a day. Stay for four years.

Scheduling A Campus Visit

The campus visit is one of the most important aspects of the college selection process. What better way to find out whether or not Western New England University feels right for you? For this reason we want to make it easy for students to have an opportunity to visit our campus. We encourage students and their families to attend an Open House since it provides the most comprehensive information. Individual appointments are also available Monday-Friday, and selected Saturdays throughout the academic year.

admissions_visitCustomize your individual visit to meet your needs. You can:

  • tour the campus;
  • talk with an admissions counselor;
  • observe a class (Accepted Student Day Visit Program);
  • talk to Western New England University students; and
  • meet with a coach.*

*Please call ahead of time to arrange these meetings.

Whenever possible, Western New England University provides an individual tour for each student. Tours are scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. each weekday. During the academic year, Saturday tours are provided between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. There are no Saturday tours in the summer. You can access https://www1.wne.edu/admissions/tour_registration/ to see when tours are scheduled for the date you want to visit. You can then use the registration form to schedule your visit. If the times listed on registration form do not fit your schedule or if you would rather schedule your visit over the phone, please call 800-325-1122 or 413-782-1321, and we will attempt to accommodate you. The tour normally precedes talking with an admissions counselor, if a conference is requested.

The Admissions Office does not currently have an overnight program. (Note: The Athletic Department also coordinates visitation programs for athletes.)
