Leadership Certificate

The Leadership Certificate Program will enable you to enhance your leadership role in the workplace or community; further professional and personal goals for leadership development; and satisfy professional requirements for advanced coursework. It is ideal for managers who have earned a bachelor's degree, individuals testing the waters on pursuing a graduate degree, and professionals who have already earned a master’s degree, who are seeking additional leadership development. Courses include MAN 600 Leadership, MAN 642 Leading Change, MAN 651 Ethical Leadership Practice, and MAN 652 Contemporary Issues in Leadership.

Study Method: Online and optional evening in-class sessions
Terms: Accelerated, 11 weeks
Coursework: 12 credits

Green Belt Certificate
A Green Belt possess the knowledge to support and champion Six Sigma implementation and participates in Six Sigma projects as a team leader or a team member. Individuals certified as a result of completing the coursework will have knowledge and skills equal or superior to many working Black Belts in business and industry today. The four courses in this program may be applied to the Master of Science in Engineering Management.
