Constitution & Bylaws
This Constitution may be amended by a vote of two-thirds of The Association Board of Directors (as defined in Article IV, Section 1 of the Constitution) present at any meeting, provided any proposed amendment has been stated in the notice calling such meeting, and is further subject to the approval of majority vote of the Board of Trustees of the University. Any changes to, or deletions of, existing bylaws, or creation of new bylaws must be approved by a two-thirds vote of The Association Board of Directors and a majority vote of the Board of Trustees of the University.
A Special Appearance at an Alumni Association Meeting
Baja Vehicle was funded by an alumni grant
David Greenslade ’14/G'15, cofounder of the University’s Society of Automotive Engineers Baja team, showed off the team’s Mini Baja off-road vehicle to the Alumni Association Board of Directors at a recent meeting. The team, a recipient of an Alumni Association grant, designed and built the vehicle. Pictured in the car is Alumni Association President Mat Nelson ’93.
