Alumni Association ID Card
The Alumni Association ID Card allows alumni to use services and resources on campus, including the Alumni Healthful Living Center, computer facilities, and the D'Amour Library. To obtain an Alumni Association ID card please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call (413) 782-1327 or (800) 962-6592.
The Alumni Healthful Living Center
The Alumni Healthful Living Center rivals the area’s best health clubs. It offers Nautilus(TM) and weight training equipment, wellness and recreation programs, an indoor track, and an eight-lane swimming pool. Alumni are welcome at all hours the Center is open. Please call 413-782-1518 to verify hours or check the University's website. There is no charge for alumni to use the facility. Your Alumni Association ID card and a photo ID are required for admission. Guest passes for family and friends may be purchased for $2.00 (cash or check only) each from the Student Administrative Services (SAS) Office. Guests must always be accompanied by the alumnus(a) for the duration of the visit.
Auditing an undergraduate course is an ideal way to maintain your advantage in today’s competitive world. Alumni may audit undergraduate courses at Western New England University for $15 per credit hour if space is available. This fee is payable at the time of registration.
Graduate courses in the Colleges of Business and Engineering may be audited on a space-available basis by an alumnus/a who has completed a bachelor’s or a master’s degree at Western New England University and who also has the listed prerequisite(s) for the course selected. Law courses are not included in this program. For details, contact the Student Administrative Services (SAS) at 413-796-2080.
Obtain the alumni course audit form from SAS and return it to: Student Administrative Services, Western New England University, 1215 Wilbraham Road, Springfield, MA 01119. The fax number is 413-796-2081.
The D'Amour Library serves as a valuable resource to alumni undertaking professional research or expanding their personal reading enjoyment. Simply register at the circulation desk with your Alumni Association card when you arrive. For more information and hours, contact the library at 413-782-1535, or visit library website.

Subscription to The Communicator
You will learn about important news events at the University and news affecting the Alumni Association through the The Communicator. Published twice a year, this magazine keeps you connected with the University and with other alumni through feature articles and Class Notes. Alumni Outlook Newsletter
The Alumni Outlook newsletter is published twice per year. It serves as a planning resource to keep alumni informed of upcoming events and recent activities of the Alumni Association. It also provides a vehicle for the nomination and voting of Officers and Awards for the Alumni Association. The newsletter comes out in fall and winter.

Career Development Center
The Career Development Center assists alumni with life-long career planning, occupational exploration, and job search strategies. The Center provides access to online job postings and enables alumni to post job openings. University and College Diplomas
Western New England University offers all alumni University and College replacement diplomas for $50.00. Call the Student Administrative Services (SAS) Office at 413-796-2080 or 800-325-1122 ext. 2080.

Western New England University offers all current students and alumni the opportunity to request an electronic transcript. Users are still able to order a paper transcript as well—one that has a more user-friendly interface, along with a number of expedited service options available. There is a $7.00 charge.

Law Alumni-Specific Benefits & Services
As a Law School Alumna/Alumnus, you have available to you a very useful tool for locating fellow alumni. It's easy and helpful, whether you need to refer a case, are looking for information, or just want to reconnect. We encourage you to use this tool, it is such a valuable resource for all of our alumni.
Continuing Legal Education Programs
Our highly successful CLE Programs have covered topics ranging from probating an estate to trying OUI cases. All alums get a discounted rate. For more information and registration call 877-676-6500. You can take advantage of other free educational opportunities, such as the Annual Supreme Court Review. Check out the upcoming events.
Courses in the School of Law may be audited on a space-available basis with the permission of the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs by an alumnus/a who has completed the J.D. degree at Western New England University School of Law. For details regarding fees, eligibility, and space availability, contact the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at (413) 782-1624. If approved, submit course audit registration form to the Registrar's Office.
Networking with Other Alumni
Are you interested in connecting with other alumni in your area? The Law Alumni Association is branching out and would like your support and ideas in expanding our alumni chapters. We are currently in the process of forming chapters in Florida, Washington, D.C., Boston and Springfield. To participate, please contact the Office of Law Alumni Relations at (413) 782-1311.
Other networking opportunities for alumni include the alumni receptions hosted by the School of Law at various locations around the country, reunions, and the dinner for students and alums of color.
The Career Services Office offers numerous seminars and workshops on job search techniques, interviewing skills, effective resume writing and other valuable job search skills. Symplicity is Career Services' on-line job bank and web-based recruiting system. It lists jobs, externships, clerkships, fellowships, law firms by practice areas, and other opportunities sent to Career Services.

To further improve our services to alumni living outside of the region, the Career Services Office receives placement bulletins from many other law schools. We reciprocate by sending our Alumni Job Bulletin to the other law schools that include us in their mailing. The Office can provide a list of law schools that participate in the job bulletin exchange.
School of Law Alumni LinkedIn Group
Networking is the key to finding a job and it's no secret that LinkedIn is the top professional networking site in the world, with more than 135 million members worldwide. Now Western New England University School of Law alumni have their own LinkedIn group with more than 1,100 members, thanks to the efforts of Bruce J. Cheriff L'86, managing partner at the law firm of Cheriff & Fink, P.C.
LinkedIn is fertile ground for job seekers because of its capacity to exponentially expand their networks in a short amount of time. Also, the service is free. Users create their own profiles of professional qualifications on LinkedIn and then they can then find colleagues, classmates, clients, and candidates. They can also post job listings and seek business opportunities.
