What is an Alumni ID card used for and why should I obtain one?
Your Alumni ID card, along with a photo ID, allows you to use the Alumni Healthful Living Center and the D'Amour Library free of charge. Guest passes for the AHLC may be obtained for $2.00 each at Student Administrative Services located on the bottom floor of D'Amour Library.
How do I get involved with the Alumni Association?
There are many ways to get involved in the Alumni Association. For more details please refer to the "Get Involved" section of this web page.
How do I change my alumni record/profile?
All record updates are handled through the Office of Alumni Relations. If you need to update an address, phone number, email address, etc., please call 800-962-6592 or email the information to email@example.com and someone will be happy to help you.
How can my Alumni Association help me with job placement?
The Career Development Center assists alumni with life-long career planning, occupational exploration, and job search strategies. The Center provides access to online job postings and enables alumni to post job openings. New online registrants will require a six digit student ID number, which can be obtained by contacting the Center. What Benefits & Services are offered to alumni?
In addition to free access to the Alumni Healthful Living Center and D'Amour Library, alumni are offered group insurance discounts, course auditing, and more. For more details, please refer to the Benefits & Services section of this website.
How do I schedule a tour of the campus?
We always enjoy having alumni return to campus, especially with the recent changes. If you are interested in touring the campus, please call the Office of Alumni Relations at 800-962-6592 to schedule a walk-through with an Advancement staff member.

Where are the Alumni Relations & Development offices located?
The Alumni Relations office and Development office are both located at 1268 Wilbraham Road, Springfield, MA 01119, in the the Division of Advancement.

Associate Director of Advancement Events
Kristina organizes and manages events for the Advancement Division, including Homecoming, golf tournaments, alumni and student networking events. In addition, she creates event strategies to enhance the University’s relationship with alumni, students, and friends, and works with the division to develop a young alumni program. Associate Director of Alumni Relations, Professional Programs
Kim works with two key constituent groups: the School of Law, with over 7,900 alumni, and the College Pharmacy, which graduated its first class of alumni in 2015. With an active School of Law Alumni Society Board, Kim plans such networking functions as the Law School’s First Tuesday gatherings, along with continuing education events with the various Bar Associations throughout the state. She is also assisting the College of Pharmacy in developing its own alumni society and new traditions among its alumni. She can be reached at 413-782-1311.
Linda supports the work of the Director of Alumni Relations and the daily operations of the Office of Alumni Relations. She also maintains the master files and program manuals, serves as a recorder for the Alumni Association Board of Directors meetings, and handles the correspondence for alumni life occasions.
