Alumni Association ID Card The Alumni Association ID Card allows alumni to use the services and resources designated on campus, including the Alumni Healthful Living Center, computer facilities, and the D'Amour Library. The Alumni Healthful Living Center The Alumni Healthful Living Center rivals the area’s best health clubs. It offers Nautilus(TM) and weight training equipment, wellness and recreation programs, an indoor track, and an eight-lane swimming pool. Alumni are welcome at all hours the Center is open. Please call 413-782-1518 to verify hours or check the University's website. There is no charge for alumni to use the facility. Your Alumni Association ID Card and a photo ID are required for admission. Guest passes for family and friends may be purchased for $2 each from the Student Administrative Services (SAS) Office by calling 413-796-2080. |

Course Auditing Auditing an undergraduate course is an ideal way to maintain your advantage in today’s competitive world. Alumni may audit undergraduate courses at Western New England University for $15 per credit hour if space is available. This fee is payable at the time of registration. Alumni Outlook Newsletter The Alumni Outlooknewsletter is published three times a year. It serves as a planning resource to keep alumni informed of upcoming events and recent activities of the Alumni Association. Transcript Requests Your transcript is the official record of all coursework, grades, and degrees conferred at Western New England University. Academic transcripts are ordered through the Student Administrative Services (SAS) Office. Law transcripts are issued by the Student Records Office in the School of Law. There is no charge for this service. Federal law requires that we receive your written signature on all transcript requests. Therefore, we are unable to accept transcript requests over the telephone or by e-mail. Transcripts will not be issued to alumni with outstanding financial obligations to the University. For security reasons, transcripts cannot be faxed from the SAS office. Transcript requests can be submitted in person, by mail, or by faxing SAS at 413-796-2081 or 413-796-2067 (Law).
