Internships

Your Gateway to the World of Business

In class you may learn about marketing, accounting, or sport management. But what is it really like to work in those fields or others on a day-to-day basis? When you participate in an internship, you'll work side-by-side with business professionals and learn about future career paths.

Western New England University works with a network of more than 1,000 businesses and organizations.

Internship Features and Requirements:

  • Compensated and non-compensated work-for-credit (3 credits) programs available to juniors or seniors in a variety of majors
  • Participating students must have a GPA of 2.5 or better
  • 120 hours per semester is required

Non-profit Board and Media Sales Field Experiences:

Business students have a wide variety of options to participate in traditional internships. The College of Business also offers experiences designed for students interested in working for charitable organizations or in media sales
