Speakers: Kathleen M. Porter, L'90, Partner, Robinson & Cole LLP, CIPP/US; Elena M. Gervino, L'88, Vice President, Claim Legal and Specialized Services Travelers; Andrew Levchuk, Counsel, Bulkley, Richardson and Gelinas, CISSP; and, Richard R. Reynolds, L'95, Privacy Counsel, Boston Scientific Corporation, CIPP members of the panel will discuss current and evolving legal, insurance, and regulatory trends affecting this rapidly-changing area of law. The speakers will identify the emerging issues to follow in 2015 and will discuss the concerns that keep them awake at night.
