Sierra Ventures, a California-based venture capital fund, visited with students, alumni, trustees, and faculty on October 2 to discuss entrepreneurial efforts on campus. The event, sponsored by the Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship, was designed to help the University become better acquainted with the services that can be offered by a venture capitalist while also allowing entrepreneurs on campus to discuss their concepts with representatives of Sierra Ventures.
