Senior Design Projects
Students take what they learned in the classroom and apply it to a real industry or clinical problem in a Senior Design Project that caps off their engineering education. Recent examples of Senior Design Projects are an eye-tracking device to better diagnose concussions, a portable breathalyzer to measure the blood sugar level in people with diabetes, and a system to identify substandard pharmaceuticals in developing countries.
Each spring, seniors present their projects at the Emerging Engineers Expo. Read about our most recent projects.
