At the College of Engineering, we prepare our students to be innovative, entrepreneurial, and prepared to apply their education to solve the numerous challenges facing our global society. You will find our graduates working at the forefront of aerospace, healthcare, communications, energy, manufacturing, transportation, government, and many other fields. They are CEOs, project managers, senior engineers, and entrepreneurs. They set high standards for themselves and we expect great things of them.

For inspiration, our students need look no further than their accomplished professors who bring years of wide-ranging research and experience in industry to our classrooms and labs. They mentor and guide students through team-based projects and presentations and prepare them to solve real-world challenges through internships, Senior Design Projects, and undergraduate research.

Programs leading to B.S. degrees in Biomedical, Electrical, Industrial, and Mechanical Engineering are accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET, www.abet.org.

B.S. programs in  Civil Engineering and Computer Engineering are following the application process for accreditation as outlined by ABET, Inc.

Survey says...

In a survey of the College of Engineering Class of 2015, 96% were employed/offered employment within six months of graduation. Others were enrolled in graduate school.
