Desire2Learn is a state-of-the art Learning Management System used by major Universities and Colleges around the world.  We chose to call our installation of Desire2Learn KODIAK in honor of the Western New England University mascot, the Golden Bear.  Here's two ways to learn about Kodiak:

Use your wne.edu email account!

Kodiak is closely linked to your @wne.edu email account, so you must regularly check your email.


Help Desk

Tip: If you are unable to login to Kodiak, first see if you can resolve your problem using the self-service features on the Login Help page.

To report a problem contact the Information Technology Help Desk at helpdesk@wne.edu, or (413) 796-2200, or by opening a work order on the Connect2U portal site (click "Manage Work Orders"). Help Desk hours are M-F 8AM to 7PM


Visit Us

If you are on campus, you can drop by the Educational Technology office for assistance M-F 8:30-4:30 PM.  We're located on the ground floor of D'Amour Library in Room G-9 next to the TV Studio and across the hall from the G-26 computer classroom.


Kodiak's Built-in Help Pages from Desire2Learn

After logging in to Kodiak, you'll find a Help link on the upper right corner -just under your name. Click the drop-down arrow, and then select Desire2Learn Resource Center.
