Where can I find my User ID?

You can find your User ID here.

Where do I find my Student ID?

Your Student ID can be found printed on bills, degree audits, grades, and on the front of some ID Badges. If it is on your Student ID Badge, your Student ID is printed on the front bottom left corner.

Where do I find my Badge ID?

Badge ID can be found printed on the back of your Student/Faculty/Staff ID Badges. If there is a four (4) digit number on the short side of the card, that's the number to be used. If there is only a number on the long edge of the card and it is longer than five (5) digits, use the last five (5) numbers. The Badge ID printed on IDs distributed before 2001 may or may not work for resetting your password. If you can't read the Badge ID or experience other problems, contact the Service Desk at x2200 or 413-796-2200.

Where do I find my Faculty ID (sometimes called an Instructor Number)?

Your Faculty ID can be found on your class roster or on your schedule of classes.
