A former member of the Marquette Law School faculty, Professor Bouchard also served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and practiced law in Boston for 10 years before joining the faculty in 1973. He served as the Legal Advisor to the Commissioner of Mental Health (Massachusetts), and Special Prosecutor for the District Attorney's Office, Ozaukee County, Wisconsin. He has published articles on a variety of legal topics. Professor Bouchard retired from the faculty in 2005.
