The Massachusetts Appeals Court heard oral argument in a court session at the Western New England University School of Law on Wednesday, April 6, starting at 9:30 a.m. The session was held in the Blake Law Center's J. Gerard Pellegrini Moot Courtroom and included both criminal and civil cases. The court session was open to the public.

The Massachusetts Appeals Court typically holds sessions twice per year at the School of Law, providing the public an opportunity to observe appellate arguments. The sessions provide an invaluable educational opportunity for Western New England University students who may someday argue a case before the Court.
