A Capital Idea: Boston and Washington, D.C. Alumni Receptions Provide Ideal Networking Opportunities

Western New England College is coming to the capital of Massachusetts and the nation’s capital. The Boston Alumni Reception will take place on Thursday, January 29, at Lir Irish Pub & Restaurant on Boylston Street. Alumni in the Washington, D.C. area will also get together on Thursday, February 5, at Union Pub, 201 Massachusetts Avenue.
Both receptions, which cost $10 a person and offer appetizers and a cash bar, begin at 5:30 p.m. Reconnect with old friends and hear the latest news about the College. For details and to preregister contact Kristina Oleksak at 413-782-1557.
These events follow the extremely successful New York Alumni Reception in October. Speaking of capital cities, Alumni Relations is planning similar gatherings in Hartford on April 2 and in Albany on June 4.
