College of Engineering Hosts Symposium Series

The College of Engineering hosted its Symposium Series on February 12 in Sleith Hall. The event featured Douglas E. Melton, Program Director for the Kern Entrepreneurship Education Network. Melton delivered a speech titled “Innovation vs. Entrepreneurial Mindset: Where Will You Get Your Next Big Idea?’’ The event was sponsored by the College of Engineering, D'Amour Library, and the Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship.
Western New England University is a private, independent, coeducational institution founded in 1919. Located on an attractive 215-acre suburban campus in Springfield, Massachusetts, Western New England University serves 3,700 students, including 2,550 full-time undergraduate students.
