Students Recognized for Academic Success
Posted March 18, 2013

The University hosted an Honors Reception to celebrate the academic achievement of first and second year students who earned a 3.3 semester grade-point-average or above in the fall semester. The Honors Reception is a traditional event to recognize student achievement and to continue to encourage those who have already begun to build a foundation for academic success. The Honors Reception took place on March 13 and featured a keynote address by alumnus Daniel T. Hess. Hess is the nephew of the late Peter Hess who served as a professor of Management at the University for over 30 years.
