Dr. Katelyn Parsons is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor of Ambulatory Care. She received her PharmD degree from the University of Connecticut. While working towards her PharmD, Dr. Parsons completed the Pharmacy Veteran Affairs Learning Opportunities Residency (VALOR) Program at VA Central Western Massachusetts, where she developed a love for ambulatory care pharmacy working in the various pharmacist-run clinics. Upon graduation, Dr. Parsons completed a PGY-1 pharmacy residency largely focused in ambulatory care at the VA Boston Healthcare System.

Areas of interest include chronic disease state management, anticoagulation, collaborative practice, active learning, pedagogical strategies in laboratory courses, and curriculum design.
