Resident Advisors are students selected for their leadership, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to positively influencing their peers. Resident Advisors are assigned to all living areas on campus, and are there as resources to students of all class years.
Thank you for your interest in the Resident Advisor position. The role of the Resident Advisor is a diverse one and requires significant personal commitment. Resident Advisors are there to assist students in their personal and academic development, and to aid the University in overall operation of the Residence Life Program. The position includes opportunities and responsibilities that lie in the areas of Staff Cooperation and Leadership; Interpersonal Skills; Peer Leadership; Administrative Skills; Personal Development.

Residence Manager Selection
A graduate student Residence Manager resides in and oversees each of the following traditional style residence halls for first year students: Berkshire, Franklin and Hampden Halls.
Do you like working in a fast-paced, ever changing working environment? Are you considering a career in residence life or student affairs? Do you want to gain experience working with college students in a variety of ways? A Residence Manager position may be for you!
Unfortunately, we are not currently expecting an opening for the position of Residence Manager for the 2018-2019 academic year.
