Western New England University alumni who wish to obtain a replacement diploma must complete the University Diploma Replacement Form, below. There is a $50.00 fee for diploma replacement which must accompany all requests.

College Diplomas
Western New England University will allow alumni who graduated prior to July 1, 2011 to replace a College diploma for a short period of time. There is a $50.00 fee for diploma replacement which must accompany all requests. Please complete the College Diploma Replacement Form and fax it to the Student Administrative Services office at 413-796-2081 or mail it to the address below:

Diplomas will take approximately 10-12 weeks and will be mailed to the address provided on the form. All replacement diplomas will contain the signatures of current Western New England University officials and will include the same honors as noted on the original diploma (ie. cum laude, magna cum laude, summa cum laude).
Please note that diplomas are not issued if the student has outstanding financial obligations to the University.
