Graduate Leadership Certificate
Regardless of industry, the ability to lead others is a valuable asset. The Graduate Leadership Certificate will help you craft your personal leadership style, learn to manage change, act ethically, and consider contemporary issues in business when making decisions. This program will help you take your career to the next level as an industry and organizational leader in your field. The certificate consists of three 3-credit courses. The certificate can also be a stepping stone to earning the MS in Organizational Leadership. Upon successfully completing the certificate, you can receive a waiver of the GMAT and count your certificate credits toward your master’s.

Leadership Certificate courses are offered online with a fusion of regularly meeting live small-group class sessions via Web conferencing software, and ‘at-your-pace’ learning via Kodiak, Western New England University's online learning management system. In this rich online learning environment, you will be able to interact with faculty, students, guest professionals, alumni, and clients, as well as enjoy flexibility in absorbing course content both through attending live sessions from the comfort of your home and posted videos, discussions, and readings.
A baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution of higher education with a grade point average (GPA) of at least a 3.0 (B) is typically required for admission to a graduate certificate program. Applicants with a GPA below a 3.0 will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
