Make Your Deposit
Students who are accepted to the University are required to make a deposit to reserve their place in the entering class. Deposits must be received by May 1 for the fall semester and by December 15 for the spring semester. If a student is accepted near or after these dates, the deposit is due within fourteen days of the date on the acceptance letter. Deposits received after the due date are considered if space remains in the class or in the residence halls.
The deposits are $400 for resident students and $100 for commuter students. The deposits are nonrefundable and are applied toward the first semester's bill.
Each acceptance letter includes an "Admissions Response Form" that is normally completed and returned with a check. It is also possible to pay the deposit electronically. Western New England University uses HP Convenience Pay Services for electronic check and credit card (Master Card and Discover) transmissions. There is no fee to pay via an electronic check; if the payment is by credit card, HP Convenience Pay Services charges a 2.9% service fee.
For International students, you can pay online through a wire transfer at www.flywire.com/wne or send a check or a money order to Western New England Univeristy.
Students who pay the deposit electronically (or by check) must mail the Admissions Response Form to the Admissions Office. A duplicate copy can be obtained by clicking the following:
