COVID-19 Dashboard

This is the updated Western New England University COVID-19 Dashboard containing additional and easier-to-read information pertaining to WNE COVID-19 testing and results. This data will be updated once a week, on Friday. The information on this Dashboard represents data from a 7-day period that begins every Thursday at 5:00 p.m. and ends the following Thursday at 4:59 p.m.

Definitions:
¹ Weekly Update; Active cases: Cumulative number of confirmed cases, minus the number recovered for each reporting period; this reflects the number of cases still considered to be infectious. Isolation: The number of individuals who have tested positive for COVID-19 and are currently living in the designated on-campus isolation housing or at home, as required for the mandated 10-day isolation period or until recovered. Current Isolation on Campus below reflects students that were moved to isolation this week, plus the remaining students in isolation from the previous period. Quarantine: Individuals who have been identified as a contact of someone who has tested positive. These individuals have been tested and are currently quarantined in their on- or off-campus residence awaiting the results.
² Vaccination Rates: Percent of individuals on campus who are vaccinated (partially or fully), broken down by students and faculty/staff, excluding graduate classes or students. Fully Vaccinated: Has received the full vaccine series and past the 2 weeks from their last dose and has full immunity. Partially Vaccinated: Has only received one dose of the vaccine. Pending: Are submissions in review or not compliant. Waiver: Students are completely online/distance learning. Exemption: Has filed for a medical or religious exemption and provided the appropriate documentation.

Definitions:
³ Weekly New Positives: Positive results submitted by a provider external to the University in addition to on-campus surveillance and diagnostic testing.
On-Campus Testing: On-campus testing by week is the number of tests administered through Health Services (surveillance and diagnostic).

Note: The results reported on 8/27 are the cumulative results from 8/10 through 8/27.
