All faculty and staff must submit their proof of COVID-19 vaccination or file an exemption by Tuesday, August 24, 2021. Failure to comply may result in a 45-day unpaid administrative leave.

Faculty and Staff Entry Testing/Baseline Status
All exempted/ unvaccinated faculty and staff must report to Health Services on Wednesday, August 25, 2021, for entry testing. This test will determine baseline status. WNE will accept a negative result from an outside provider if completed and submitted within 72 hours of that date in place of coming in to Health Services for testing. Results can be submitted to COVIDVAC@wne.edu
Regular Surveillance Testing Schedule
On Monday, August 30, 2021, the normal weekly testing cycle for all exempted/unvaccinated faculty, staff, and students will begin.
