Follow Up Message Regarding COVID Vaccine for Students

Dear Golden Bears,
I am writing you today with an update to my May 24 communication regarding the requirement for students to provide proof of a completed COVID-19 vaccination. As previously stated, the University is committed to reaching immunization levels that are accepted as providing herd immunity for the community.
I indicated that information about how, when, and where to provide proof of vaccination or request an exception will be published to the University's website COVID-19 page by June 15. However, before publishing this information we want to make sure we are able to incorporate any new information that comes from the CDC meeting that is taking place on June 18, 2021. As a result, we are committed to providing an update to you by Monday, June 21, 2021.
