Student Mail Services
Please be assured that the University will forward First-Class mail and magazine subscriptions throughout the remainder of the Spring semester for students not residing on-campus.
Students not granted permission to remain in residence on the campus will continue to have access to their campus mailboxes through Sunday, March 29. Mail remaining in the boxes after that date will be removed, and First-Class mail and magazine subscriptions will be forwarded. Incoming First-Class mail and magazine subscriptions will continue to be forwarded throughout the remainder of the Spring semester. Forwarded mail will be sent to your home address, or mailing address instead if you have a separate mailing address in Self-Service. Please ensure you have verified or updated your address information in Self-Service before Monday, March 30. There may be a large volume of mail, and it may take up to a week to complete the forwarding process.
Should you wish to retrieve your mail before March 30, all packages that do not fit in your mailbox can be picked up in Mail Services. Hours for Mail Services, and for access to mailboxes in the Campus Center, are as follows:
Monday, March 23 through Friday, March 27 from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Saturday, March 28 and Sunday, March 29 from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Starting Monday, March 30, Mail Services will be contacting students requesting forwarding information and payment for non-USPS packages delivered to Mail Services. All USPS mail and packages will be forwarded to your identified address at no charge.
If you receive permission to remain in residence on campus for the Spring semester you MUST inform Mail Services at 413-782-1509 or email email@example.com after having received permission to remain on campus from Residence Life. Please be reminded that we might later need to forward mail if we are required to close the campus to all students.
BEGINNING MARCH 30, ALL FIRST-CLASS MAIL, MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND PACKAGES WILL BE FORWARDED TO YOUR HOME OR MAILING ADDRESS UNLESS YOU HAVE PERMISSION TO REMAIN IN RESIDENCE ON THE CAMPUS.
As a reminder, if you use Western New England University as a default mailing address for any mailings or subscriptions, please change those to your current home/mailing address to avoid later delays.
If you are a graduating senior, or otherwise not scheduled to return to the University in the fall, please return your key to mail services when cleaning out your room and/or picking up your mail. Alternatively, mailbox keys may be mailed to:

There is a $45.00 mailbox lock replacement charge for unreturned or lost keys.
