About Me

I will complete my MSW with Smith College School of Social Work in August ’21. I have worked in community behavioral health and crisis services for 3 years, and I live in Seattle with my dog and 2 cats who often join in the Zoom frame.

My Approach

I specialize in working with individuals with oppressed identities, and those with experiences of trauma. I also specialize in teaching and practicing Mindfulness Meditation.
