Apple Cinnamon Waffles

Recipe from the Mountain Fare Inn; Campton, New Hampshire
What You'll Need:
- 2 cups of Flour
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 T. baking powder
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 grated apple
½ cup melted butter or margarine/or oil
Combine all the dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl; beat eggs until thick.
Add in milk, melted butter, & vanilla.
Combine the wet & dry ingredients together.
Fold in the grated apple.
Spoon into a greased waffle iron & cook until done.
Serve immediately with homemade applesauce, maple syrup, whipped cream, or vanilla ice cream (Judy's personal favorite.)
