  • Professor Sudha Setty

President Trump signaled on the campaign trail and in his first months in office that he intends to make significant changes in the U.S. approach to various national security matters, including scrutinizing particular populations within the United States, tightening immigration and entry policies for people from certain countries, using drones for targeted killing, and using the detention facility at Guantanamo Bay. In this talk,

Professor Sudha Setty will address a number of fronts on which the Trump Administration may shift U.S. law and policy, including the obstacles that the Trump Administration has faced or may face in the future as it attempts to implement its desired changes.
