Professor Eric Gouvin's accomplishments

On June 2, 2018 Professor Gouvin presented "Teaching Communication Skills in Transactional Simulations" with co-authors Katherine Koops (Emory), James Moliterno (Washington & Lee), Carol Morgan (University of Georgia) and Carol Newman (University of Missouri) at “To Teach is To Learn Twice: Fostering Excellence in Transactional Law and Skills Education,” hosted at Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, GA.

Professor Gouvin was re-appointed as the Technology Officer for the Business Law Education Committee at the Annual Meeting of the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section in Austin Texas on September 13, 2018.

On October 23, 2018 Professor Gouvin presented a class in the fall Mini-Law School program entitled, "The Celebrated Case of Dodge v. Ford," at Wood Auditorium in Sleith Hall, Western New England University Mini-Law School, Springfield, MA.

Professor Gouvin had an article published recently: Teaching Communication Skills in Transactional Simulations, 20 Tenn. J. Bus. L. 429 (2019) (co-authored with Katherine M. Koops, James E. Moliterno, Carol E. Morgan, and Carol D. Newman). 

Professor Gouvin has also been identified by the Social Science Research network as one of the top 10% of Authors on SSRN by all-time downloads.
