Courtney Doyle-Campbell, PharmD, BCACP, AHSCP-CHC

Dr. Courtney Doyle-Campbell is a Clinical Associate Professor of Ambulatory Care at Western New England University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.  She is a Board-certified ambulatory care pharmacist and certified hypertension clinician; and manages the Hypertension specialty clinic at Trinity Health of New England Medical Group in Springfield, MA.  Courtney is co-instructor of record of the Cardiovascular I Integrated Pharmacy Care and Patient Management Course Series and instructor of record of the capstone course, Patient Care Management. She also teaches two electives, Motivational Interviewing and Ambulatory Care Pharmacy.

For her service to the local community and her students and patients, Courtney was named BusinessWest’s 40 Under Forty Class of 2016: an award honoring the 40 young business and civic leaders in Western Massachusetts. She also received the 2016 WNEU Preceptor of Year award for her work with APPE students in the HTN clinic. She was awarded the 2017 Professor of the Year Award for demonstrating excellence in all aspects of teaching responsibilities, as determined by students and faculty peers.

Courtney is currently on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Pharmacists Association (MPhA). She is also active with the American Pharmacists Association (APhA). She was the Medical Home/ACO special interest group (SIG) coordinator from 2019-2020 and serves on APhA-APPM’s Policy Standing Committee, as the 2020-2021 APhA-APPM delegate for the House of Delegates and on the Medical Home/ACO SIG Education and Resources committee.  At WNEU, she is the chapter advisor for APhA-ASP and the coordinator and trainer for the APhA immunization certificate training program.

Along with her work at Western New England University and Trinity, Courtney is working on her MBA to improve her leadership and business knowledge.  Courtney’s areas of interest are primary care, social determinants of health, motivational interviewing, and health care models.
