If you are a Western New England University faculty or staff member, and would like to transfer your departmental records to the Archives, please fill out this form and send it to theresa.kry@wne.edu.
If you are not a current member of the Western New England University community and would like to donate material to the Archives, please contact the Archivist.
Please consult the Archives' Collection Policy beforehand to ensure your donation fits the collecting scope of the Archives.
The University Archives are open and accessible to the University community. However, because proprietary information may be present in some files, the Archivist has the right, and obligation, to review all requested material before making material available.
An interested, unaffiliated researcher may gain access to the collection with approval of the Archivist.
The Archives are not a browsing collection. A finding aid is available, and items must be retrieved, and reviewed, by the Archivist before being made available. All archival material must be viewed in the library.
Photocopies may be made of archival material. The condition of the material, and the time required of the Archivist, are taken into consideration for such requests.
The Western New England University Archives provides access to its collection for educational, personal, and non-commercial use. Permission must be obtained from the Western New England University Archives to use information or images from its collection in published works. Researchers assume full responsibility for obtaining proper rights to materials cited or reproduced from the Archives.
The Archives staff is available to assist departments or individuals with the maintance of their files and records, both hard copy and electronic. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.
