MS in Organizational Leadership courses are offered online with a fusion of regularly meeting live small-group class sessions via Web conferencing software, and ‘at-your-pace’ learning via Kodiak, Western New England University's online learning management system. In this rich online learning environment, you will be able to interact with faculty, students, guest professionals, alumni, and clients, as well as enjoy flexibility in absorbing course content both through attending live sessions from the comfort of your home and posted videos, discussions, and readings
The MS in Organizational Leadership consists of 30 credits, or 10 courses. By taking two courses per 11-week term, you can expect to finish in 15 months. If you take one course per term, you can expect to complete your degree in two and a half years.
You have up to eight years to complete the program once you begin. MS in Organizational Leadership candidates working a full- time job typically complete the program in 15-18 months.
