Academic Advising Center Staff: Briana Petrucelli
Briana joined the Vanech University Advising Team as a University Advisor in the Summer of 2021. Briana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western New England University and obtained her Master’s Degree in Psychology with a concentration in Student Personnel Administration in Higher Education from Springfield College.
Briana is eager to join a new and growing office that utilizes a team-based approach to support students. As a graduate of this institution, Briana excelled because of the close-knit community and access to resources and support on campus. In turn Briana is looking to be just that for the students and will have the opportunity to work with. Briana prides herself with being a student-centered, a forward thinker, an energetic campus partner, and a reflective advisor. Briana considers herself incredibly fortunate to work with students day in and day out to navigate their paths, create lasting relationships and prepare to be successful Golden Bear alumni, no matter where the path may lead!
In her free time, Briana enjoys spending time with her family at the lake in NH or the beach in LBI, NJ, trying out new recipes and local restaurants, taking fitness classes at Orange Theory, or going shopping at Marshalls or Target! Go Bears!
