Academic Advising Center Staff: Jessica Hill
Jessica is a proud alum of Western New England University, earning her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology with a concentration in Student Personnel Administration in Higher Education from Springfield College.
Jessica has been working at Western New England University since 2020 in her role as Director of University Advising. Jessica is very passionate about student success and believes that all students deserve to have a quality educational experience with the support needed to make their dreams a reality and make their mark on this world.
Jessica is a native of Springfield MA, also known as the “City of Homes,” where she has raised her three children. If you are looking for interesting things to do and places to see in Springfield, ask Jessica. A few of her favorite places to go are Forest Park, the Dr. Seuss Museum, and Cold Stone Creamery located in the Basketball Hall of Fame.
