Student presentations at national and international conferences include the Learning Assistance Association of New England (LAANE), New England Peer Tutors Association (NEPTA), Northeast Writing Centers Association (NEWCA), Popular Culture Association/American Culture Association (PCA/ACA), and the Association of Writers & Writing Programs (AWP).

Our faculty have presented at numerous national and international conferences including AWP, the Conference on College Composition and Communication (CCCC), the Modern Language Association and regional MLA conferences, among many others.,

Faculty have been invited to publish in a number of prestigious collections and anthologies including A Book of Uncommon Prayer, Cognitive Literary Studies, A Companion to the American Novel, Jewish in America, Mediating Moms, MLA Approaches to Teaching Poe's Prose and Poetry, Modernism and Copyright, and Nouns of Assemblage.

Our faculty members are widely published in critical and creative journals which include Comparative Drama, Comparative Literature Studies, Free State Review, Game Studies, Gargoyle, Massachusetts Review, MELUS, Melville House, Modern Fiction Studies, Modern Language Notes, PANK, PoetrySuperhighway, Postmodern Culture, Salt Hill Journal, Studies in American Fiction, Studies in the Novel, Texas Studies in Literature and Language, The Good Men Project, The Literary Review, Tin House, VASA, and Wordpeace.

Faculty books include works of criticism such as Critical Nostalgia and Caribbean Migration; In Appropriate Distance: The Ethics of the Photographic Essay; Politics, Desire, and the Hollywood Novel; Stories from the Cradle of the Faith; Structures of the Jazz Age; and Wordsworth and the Composition of Knowledge. Faculty have also published novels and chapbooks, including American Taliban, How to Catch a Coyote, The Romance Reader, Security and Exchange, The Seventh Beggar, and the e-novellas of the Snark and Circumstance series.
