Professor Claffey has been a member of the Criminal Justice faculty at Western New England University since 2000. He is former sergeant with the Springfield, MA Police Department, the retired Director of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Municipal Police Academy, and a 1995 graduate of the Western New England University School of Law.
