Employer Reimbursement Extension Plan
The Employer Reimbursement Extension Plan is designed for students receiving reimbursement from their employer for tuition and fees. It allows students to defer two-thirds of their tuition payment until 30 days after grades are received, to allow time for tuition reimbursement to be processed by the employer. In order to participate in this plan, students must complete an enrollment form and provide a letter of verification from their employer that they are eligible for tuition reimbursement. Students are required to pay any fees owed plus 33% of tuition upon receipt of their first bill; the remaining balance is due 30 days after grades are received. Once classes begin, finance charges will accrue on all unpaid balances at the rate of 1% per month. For a copy of our Employer Reimbursement Extension Plan Form please click here.
Company or Government Direct Payment
With direct payment, the student's employer pays the University directly for tuition and fees. Students who have their tuition underwritten by their employer must provide Western New England University with an employer authorization form or a letter from their employer, on company letterhead, indicating their commitment to pay under direct billing. The letter should also include billing contact information. New authorization is required each semester and can be faxed to the Student Administrative Services Office, Attention: Billing.
See prerequisite column in Class Schedule and Catalogue course descriptions for specific fees. Applies only to certain courses.
One percent per month is charged on balances unpaid by the date specified in each monthly statement.
Veterans Administration Assistance
If you are receiving Veteran Administration assistance (VA), military tuition assistance (TA), or government employee tuition assistance (GETA), you are responsible for completion of all forms prior to registering for courses.
Online Payment Option
You have the convenience of paying your bill online.
- The University accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover for credit card payments made via the phone for Graduate Studies and Adult Learning programs.
- Students with past due balances will be placed on registration hold. You will not be allowed to register until the balance due is paid.
- Once classes begin, finance charges will accrue on all unpaid balances at the rate of 1% per month.
