Helping You Stay Connected

Personal Outgoing Mail

Outgoing personal mail is handled along with business mail. One may deposit personal mail in your departmental mail pouch or at the Campus Center mail drops. USPS has a drop box outside of Mail Services at the CUB for your convenience. Pick-up is at 3:30 p.m. Please remember to attach postage before dropping it in the box. All outgoing personal mail—USPS, FedEx, or UPS—must be sealed and have the proper postage affixed. Personal mail sent to Mail Services without sufficient postage will be returned to sender. Mail Services has a retail window located at the CUB. One can purchase stamps, mail out via USPS and FedEx. A Mail Services Agreement Form for all FedEx and UPS transactions must be filled out at the window before the transaction is completed. Carrier envelopes and boxes are available at the window. Mail Services takes cash and checks only.
