Western New England University (WNE) is pleased to announce the appointment of Gregory Matthews as Vice President of Enrollment Management. Matthews joins WNE from Norwich University, where he also served at Vice President of Enrollment Management.
With more than 30 years of experience in higher education admissions and over 15 years in senior leadership positions, Matthews has a wealth of experience. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems and a Master's Degree in Information Systems Management.
Committed to promoting a safe, inclusive and engaging campus environment for WNE students, Matthews is passionate about providing students with the resources they need to not only succeed, but to also grow personally and professionally. "I am excited to be part of Western New England University and am looking forward to helping the institution fulfil its mission and attract a diverse and talented set of students who will most benefit from the experience we provide," said Matthews.
In his new role, Matthews will be responsible for leading the University's enrollment management initiatives, including admissions, recruitment, and financial aid. He will also be a key member of the Senior Management team, helping to shape the future of the University.

Matthews temporarily resides in Enfield, CT while he transitions his family to the Springfield area from Brookfield, VT.
